Green One

This mask inspired by the "Green Man" folklore and art was embroidered by hand out of reclaimed plastic bags. Individual plastic leaves were made individually and assembled through hand stitching, attaching them to a base fabric template with a silky cord to hold the mask on the wearer. Magnets were then affixed to key positions on the mask and backing to serve as mounting points. The backing frame is also hand-embroidered plastic stretched over reclaimed corrugated plastic and matted with the same material.
